As a former worker of the company behind ShiVa 3D, I am also expert developer with the ShiVa 3D game engine that allows the creation 2D/3D cross-platform video games or applications. I have a full knowledge of the LUA programming language used by the software.
As I have created a lot of ShiVa 3D plugins for iOS and Android, I have very strong skills with native development for these platforms. While I may not know all the steps for developing an Android application (plugins are just a part of an Android application), I know iOS development from A to Z as I have created several full-native iPhone and iPad applications.
Wether I am in a team or not, any code I write is under version control, preferably GIT. With team members, I am mainly using GitLab in order to store my repositories, manage the Branches, do Merge Requests and code review, and deploy on the servers using continuous integration if tests did pass.
About the working method, we use a mix of SCRUM and Design Thinking. The Product Owner decides what User Story of the Backlog must to be done for each two week Sprint. He regularly meets a pool of customers in order to see if the product matches their needs and if adjustments must be done to the project during its development phase in order to not release a product that misses its target. For a new project, the Product Owner decides what User Story will be done in the first sprints in order to deliver the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to the client as quick as possible, to next improve the product with successive iterations.
Our tool to manage SCRUM related things is currently Taiga.
In other teams, I have also used tools like Trello, JIRA, Mantis, osTicket, Producteev or Bug-tracker.
